30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

Because fragrances are personal-use products, all returned fragrances must be unopened, unused, unsprayed, and in their original sealed packaging. Products that have been opened, sprayed, tested, unsealed, altered, or otherwise used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To qualify for a return, the product must also be in the same condition in which it was received, with all original labels, accessories, gifts, and packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Before returning an item, contact us at HarlanHall.net@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Do not send a product back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other delivery-related fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Harlan Hall is not responsible for unauthorized returns or return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at HarlanHall.net@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Do not discard the product or packaging until we have completed our review.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, sprayed, tested, or unsealed fragrances
  • Products showing signs of use or alteration
  • Products without their original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Clearance or final-sale products, when clearly marked
  • Complimentary gifts, samples, or promotional items
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, request a return for the eligible original item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at HarlanHall.net@outlook.com.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. If the order has already shipped, the standard return conditions will apply.

European Union Customers

If an order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

For hygiene and consumer-protection purposes, this cancellation right may not apply to sealed fragrances after their protective seal has been removed.

Returned products must be unopened, unused, unsprayed, and in their original sealed packaging unless the product is faulty or applicable law provides otherwise.
